My piece ‘Edge of Smoke Lake’ features a dramatic yellow sunset being reflected by a serene body of water. The sky transitions from deep blues to a warm gradient of yellows near the horizon. Scattered clouds create a ambience and lead the eye toward the sunset. Silhouetted slender reeds frame the scene, adding depth.
Edge of Smoke Lake is completed in a dark walnut frame which extends the vignette light to dark style. It will thrive as a burst of colour alongside soft orange or pink hues in your home or office space.
