My piece 'Pine Tree in a Morning Sky' is an abstract powerful sky full of life that was created by using a fluid technique of painting creating abstract bubbles seen across the canvas and vibrant colors interacting with each other in an opaque style. It's skies contrasting colors were carefully chosen to create the blues and oranges pop. A second and third layer is done once the initial pour is dry. I made the rocky and brush foreground using a second pouring of acrylic paint and finished it with a dark silhouetted pine tree to the right with 4 varieties of green. The simple foreground, tree and direction of the clouds in the sky are composed to allow your eye to focused on the tree in an aesthetically pleasing way. This landscape piece will create a loud statement in your home and will brighten any neutral toned space. It's abstract details in the clouds have thousands of little details and bubbles that are transfixing.
The frame is handmade from pine wood, hand cut and sanded, and lastly finished with a cherry light toned Colonial Maple stain.
