Hills are Alive. 24 x 51 inches.
When the wind rolls over the tall peaks, it sings and announces its life.
Title: Hills are Alive
Canvas: Gallery stretched Cotton Canvas, varnished twice, signed and dated on the back.
Size and Weight: 24 inches height x 51 inches width. 11 pounds/ 4.9 Kg
Dominant Colors: Blue, Pink, green
Medium: Acrylic on Canvas, floetrol, satin varnish, Silicon Oil, Dark Walnut Pine Wood Frame.
Ready to Hang: Horizontal
My piece ‘Hills are Alive’ is a landscape featuring multicoloured trees on top of rolling hills. The light emerald green mountains recede to the background and fluffy white/pink accented clouds float in the sky, balancing the canvas. The painting is full of abstract bubbles due to the nature of the fluid paints and silicon oils added during creation.
Hills are Alive is completed in a handmade floating frame which I stained a dark walnut (dark brown) to frame this highly contrasted painting together. Hills are Alive will pop against a neutral toned wall and will bring life to your office or living space.
