My piece 'Whirling Pool' is an ocean water design of powerful white capped rushes of water using blue-greens and turquoise. The base layer is full of subtle dark blues and a dark evergreen. The second layer is poured atop the background once the background layer was dry to create a bubbled up glossy texture separate from the first layer.
Whirling Pools colors compliment each other with a deep contrast to create a natural ocean pallet. This water aesthetic painting would look fantastic in a neutral toned washroom.
